- Payment links — Secure Stripe payment links for consulting services and invoices.
- Appointment confirmations — Reminders and confirmations for scheduled consultations.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. Typically, you may receive 1–5 messages per month. You will never receive unsolicited marketing messages via SMS.

How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time. Simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from AICrib / TeeHay Consulting unless you re-subscribe.
